Heike Höfler (born 1956) is a state-certified sports and gymnastics teacher with decades of professional experience in health clinics and physiotherapy practices and has been working as a self-employed course instructor since 2002 ( www.heike-hoefler.de ).

For over two decades she has been giving back and neck courses, as well as relaxation, breathing, face and jaw joint courses for health insurance companies, educational institutions, adult education centers and companies, among others.

Heike Höfler became known to a wider audience through TV appearances and radio interviews on topics such as “fitness training for the face”, jaw exercises as well as back and neck exercises.
