Wunderbar angeleitete Meditationen

Die Meditationen sind von Frau Arzmüller sehr entspannend gesprochen. Der Inhalt der Meditationen ist wunderbar bildhaft angeleitet so das es mir sehr leicht fiel tief in sie einzutauchen.
Sehr gut finde ich das die CD verschiedene Meditationen mit verschiedenen Wirkungen enthält. Die Elemente-Meditation zum Reinigen der Chakren, die Regenbogenmeditation zum Harmonisieren der Chakren und für jedes Chakra eine Farbmeditation. Da finde ich es besonders gut das jede Farbmeditation ein eigener Track, und damit einzeln abspielbar ist. So ist es möglich alle oder nur ein bestimmtes Chakra aufzubauen und zu stärken.

Eine feine Meditations-CD

Ich liebe ja geführte Meditationen und finde diese Cd ist eine tolle Begleitung, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und seine Chakren zu reinigen.

Immer wieder entspannend

Genauso angenehm und einfühlsam wie ihre Bücher ist auch ihre Stimme – die CDs sind von Barbara Arzmüller selbst gesprochen.

Die erste CD beinhaltet eine Meditation (ca. 25 min) zum Reinigen der Chakren. Man erfährt die Farben, die Anzahl der Lotusblütenblätter und reinigt die Chakren mit Hilfe des jeweils zugehörigen Elementes. Alles Störende und Behindernde darf gehen. Frisch geputzt folgt nun eine zweite Meditation (ca. 12 min), welche die Chakren harmonisiert und zum Schwingen bringt.

Auf der zweiten CD befinden sich 7 Einzelmeditationen (je ca. 8 – 10 min). Hier kann man gezielt einzelne, geschwächte Chakren stärken. Frau Arzmüller verwendet hier die Farben und führt gekonnt durch alle Sinne (sehen, hören, riechen, schmecken, fühlen). Sie schafft es, verschiedene Menschentypen anzusprechen, sowohl die sanfteren als auch die etwas wilderen – für jede Stimmung ist etwas dabei.

Beeindruckend finde ich die Sprechgeschwindigkeit – die ist genau auf den Punkt gebracht, nicht zu schnell und nicht zu langsam. So kann man zuhören, hat ausreichend Zeit, sich die gesagten Dinge vorzustellen und die Energie seiner Chakren zu spüren. Die CDs behalten auch nach mehrmaligem Hören ihre Kraft und Wirkung.

Einmal wieder diese beschwingte Glückseligkeit mit allen Sinnen nachhaltig erleben...

Barbara Arzmüller hat die Gabe, Kraft ihrer sanften Stimme, ihrer Wortwahl, all das in mir zu erwecken - NACHHALTIG!
Längst hat mich mein Alltag wieder und doch...
In mir schwingt eine neue, alte Melodie aus längst vergangen und vergessen geglaubten Momenten wieder - voll von Glück-Seligkeit.
