Sandra Beck

Sandra Beck (born 1972) is a freelance author and yoga trainer. Since her training as a yoga teacher (BDY/EYU), she has been leading yoga courses for several years, which are primarily aimed at women during and after pregnancy. As a mother of two children herself, Sandra Beck was able to experience the effectiveness of the exercises presented first hand; they have been constantly improved through constant exchange with colleagues and several midwives.

As an author, she has already written numerous screenplay commissions for German television, a film studies paper and several articles for the specialist magazine “Deutsches Yoga-Forum”.
