Today we know a great deal about the influence of frequencies on living beings and their well-being and psyche. Vibration and health
Today's (western) people are exposed to countless vibrations, the effects of which on the immune system and health are only poorly understood. Hans Cousto, theorist of planetary vibrations, and vibration therapist Thomas Künne combine their experiences to show easily understandable and accessible ways of applying the knowledge about the archetypes of the planets, planetary vibrations and the "cosmic octave" in daily life. They assume that all manifestations and structures of life resonate with one another.
This resonance, which ensures the cohesion of the individual structures and guarantees this in the long term, can be disrupted or can be disrupted. Sudden external shocks lead to internal shock: an accident, a huge fright, physical overload, sudden poisoning lead to every single (cyclical) subsystem (such as brain waves, pulse rate, blood pressure) of the entire organization being suddenly isolated. In order to get the life-threatening chaos under control and save the entire organism, immediate (conventional) medical help is often necessary. For aftercare and support in recovery and health maintenance (salutogenesis), gentle walking in resonance with the appropriate vibration is also recommended in this case.

Archetypes and analogies
The hermetic short formula "human microcosm = macrocosm universe" means that individual body regions and organs of the human being must have their counterpart in the larger body universe. This was always known to the wise men of various cultures and is also found today in "archetypal medicine", which interprets human blockages and symptoms in the sense of this millennia-old tradition.
Even in ancient medicine, health was considered to be the result of a harmonious mixture of all of the human body's fluids. An imbalance in this healthy and harmonious ratio meant blockage and illness. With the help of planetary vibrations, however, it is possible for us to harmonize ourselves and others again. This means that we harmonize our microcosm with the heavenly sphere harmony of the macrocosm. Or as Hans Cousto and Thomas Künne put it in their book: "By perceiving the planetary frequencies (hearing and seeing), our cellular consciousness immediately connects with the vibrations of creation, we expand our subjective horizon to include the objective breadth and clarity of the universe. We hear and see the language of the cosmos with our inner ears and eyes - the path to the universal, cosmic human being is clear."
