Live webinar with psychocoach Andreas Winter: “Why not smoking can be so easy!”

Live webinar with psychocoach Andreas Winter :
“Why not smoking can be so easy!”

"Nicotine addiction is a lie!" states the depth psychologist and proves that smoking is a conditioned behavior. Anyone who is aware of this conditioning and the true background of their own cigarette consumption can control their smoking behavior as desired and become a non-smoker or "optional smoker" from one moment to the next - as thousands of Winter's clients have already managed to do.

Ten years of success
Exactly ten years ago, on World No Tobacco Day 2007, Andreas Winter published his successful guidebook , which is now available in an updated paperback edition, " Nicotine Addiction - the Big Lie ". In his books, the Iserlohn native examines smoking behavior from a psychological perspective: if you are fully aware of the trigger or cause of smoking, you no longer have to smoke - but you can. "It is therefore possible for an ex-smoker to smoke a cigarette every now and then for pleasure or social reasons - without the risk of relapsing!" says Winter.

“Anyone who smokes is a coward!” …
... or "Smokers are hiding complexes!" would be better anti-slogans for cigarette packets than the usual warnings about the health risks, in Winter's opinion - these only encourage smokers in their perceived, supposed boldness to defy death. "And anyone who lets themselves be persuaded that they are addicted and therefore cannot stop is allowing themselves to be incapacitated and making themselves a puppet of the medical and tobacco industry," judges Andreas Winter mercilessly. Instead, it is important to face up to one's own psyche, to explore one's personal past and the depths of one's subconscious - and to confidently tackle and solve the problem with the knowledge gained.

Anyone who would like to learn more about Winter's unique, depth-psychological approach, exchange experiences or discuss opposing opinions can take part in the free webinar with Andreas Winter on World No Tobacco Day: It will take place on May 31, 2017 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

"As a clinical pharmacologist, I have regularly discussed the topic of 'smoking cessation' with the help of nicotine substitution (patches, chewing gum) in my lectures. What I have always found particularly unsatisfactory is the low long-term success rate, which is particularly dependent on the accompanying psychotherapy. The initially astonishing but plausible approach of Mr. Dipl.-Päd. Andreas Winter, that smoking is not an addiction and that nicotine does not induce physical dependence, not only explains the poor effect of nicotine substitution, but is also the basis for his smoking cessation therapy concept, which is based on raising awareness of the background of smoking behavior. This therapy approach is plausible, very effective and therefore recommendable."
Prof. Dr. med. Dr. rer. nat. Ulrich Borchard, June 2007
