The Sound of the Cosmos: Audio CD with meditation journeys to the archetypes of the collective unconscious

Vibration specialist Thomas Künne and sound therapist Karin Maria Zimmer invite you to the Cosmic Octave concert. On the double CD “ Healing Archetype Meditations ” they offer spoken and musical meditations on the archetypal basic patterns of the planets in our solar system.

Not too much, not too little, just right

According to C. G. Jung (1875 - 1961), the archetypes, the primal principles named after the planets, correspond to the collective unconscious of man, his inner soul parts. "Each of us carries unconscious soul parts within us that lie dormant in secret. But for a balanced life it is essential that we not only appreciate our bright, light sides, but also get to know our darker shadow parts and accept them in a reconciling way." This is what the well-known phonophoresis expert Thomas Künne says. He has produced a double audio CD together with the sound therapist Karin Maria Zimmer to resonate with the archetypes through meditation. In this way we find a healthy, harmonious and also digestible mixture of all our essential parts - not too much, not too little, but just right.

CD 1 offers guided meditation journeys to the sun, Mercury, Venus, moon, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto as well as OM as a universal cosmic vibration. CD 2 contains meditation music (purely instrumental) for the individual design of dream journeys with your own images and words.

Meditation with cosmic music

The meditations spoken by Thomas Künne and Karin Maria Zimmer begin with the OM, which represents the primordial vibration of the cosmos, from which the ten planetary vibrations and matter were subsequently created. A meditation journey can lead through the entire planetary system, but only individual parts (archetypes) can also be heard.

All spoken meditations are accompanied by pieces of music that were composed on the basic tones of the planets and only use the tones associated with this key. The sound experts gave male planets the corresponding major key and female planets the minor key. In addition, all pieces of music are accompanied by the exact planetary vibration according to Hans Cousto; this also applies to the singing bowls used. This ensures that the listeners resonate with the respective archetype in the best possible way. The singing voice of Karin Maria Zimmer can also be heard on the tracks of the female planets Venus and the Moon.

The same musical compositions, but without spoken meditations, are found on the second CD, giving listeners the freedom to speak their own meditations, for example in a personal therapeutic setting.

Planets and personality

We have adopted the archetypes, which bear the names of the ten planets or the cosmic primordial vibration, as a legacy from our entire natural and cultural environment. Also called "stages of life" by Künne's teacher Dr. Ruediger Dahlke, they are also assigned the signs of the zodiac in astrology as well as very specific characteristics.

OM stands for relaxation and regeneration, clarity, gratitude, enlightenment, basic trust, confidence, while the sun represents charisma, expressiveness, warmth, vitality and joy of life. Communication, exchange, social skills and sensible action are symbolized by Mercury; Venus expresses itself as the power of love in harmony, enjoyment, mindfulness, sensuality and trust. Sensitivity and emotion lie with the moon, which was originally thought to be feminine; willpower and assertiveness, on the other hand, lie with Mars. Jupiter is about knowledge and the meaning of life, Saturn is about law and order. Freedom and new paths are embodied by Uranus, spirituality and humility by Neptune. Pluto with the zodiac sign of Scorpio stands for transformation and metamorphosis towards deeper self-knowledge.

The double CD invites you to bring light into the darkness in a gentle and upbeat way and to discover hidden treasures.
