Interview with the two vibration experts and bestselling authors

The card set complements the fourth volume of the "Homeopathic Symbol Pharmacy" on mental, emotional, and spiritual health and can also be used independently. Who are these symbol cards intended for, and who should engage with them?

Christina Baumann: The card set, just like the book, is suitable for all holistically interested individuals who want to get to the bottom of the causes of discomfort and who are not content with merely treating symptoms. Especially in psychological matters, there are no good conventional medical prescriptions that go beyond symptom suppression – which does not mean, however, that we advise against conventional medical or psychotherapeutic intervention in acute cases. Symbol homeopathy, as a part of vibrational and frequency medicine, can help to harmonize the energy field of a "person off track."

Given the political, media, and technical challenges of our time, strong resilience is needed to "stay true to oneself" and avoid psychological illness. What stresses do you experience in your practical work, and what remedies do you employ against them?

Roswitha Stark: Every layperson knows and feels that influences of all kinds can quickly become too much. This has multiplied due to the influence of the media. I was already 13 years old when my parents bought a television; back then, there were only two channels, ARD and ZDF – that's unimaginable today. Today there are thousands of "channels" that bombard us at different frequencies, and at such a high speed that our brain can barely process the "information overload" well. The consumers of these frequencies are getting younger and younger, spending hours on their phones. I myself often do too, by the way. It can become an addiction! I always say, "Become more of a 'conscious sender' again!" radiate into yourself and radiate out what is helpful to enter a different field of consciousness. I pull a homeopathy card, place it on my solar plexus, breathe deeply and remember that I am not powerless. It already feels better. This can be done in between things.

The card set contains 111 symbol remedies: 68 homeopathic and spagyric remedies with a focus on psyche and soul, all 38 Bach Flower Remedies and "Rescue Remedy", 4 miasmatic remedies for collectively stressful themes, and 1 potentization card. In addition to the symbol with its healing vibrations, the cards also convey the essential message of the symbol in the form of an affirmation.

For this card set, you have included several well-known homeopathic remedies that are particularly important for the psyche. On the other hand, you also included less common but very astonishing remedies, which, for example, belong to the plant world and can become effective as homeopathic remedies when potentized. What idea guided you in your selection?

Christina Baumann: Essentially, any initial substance can be potentized, i.e., raised to a higher vibrational frequency, not just classical homeopathic remedies. In my training, I learned about many plant-based or so-called spagyric remedies that have achieved very valuable effects. The preparation method is simply different from classical homeopathy. For our card set and, of course, the book, we wanted to make these available as well, because they can have a good effect on the psyche. As symbol remedies, they can also be potentized and used effectively, for example, by storing them on water or "empty" globuli.

Homeopathic remedies – especially in higher potencies – delve deep into the causal level of the soul, mind, and psyche and can guide a fundamental transformation in this way. How do you know that healing is happening, and what dangers exist?

Roswitha Stark: We clearly and explicitly point out that symbol homeopathy should not be used for severe psychological conditions such as psychoses or severe depression. These must be handled by competent specialists; we would not approach these with cards either. However, in mild cases or as an accompaniment to therapeutic treatment, one can do nothing wrong. Working with symbol remedies may have the "side effect" of showing results! But this is not dangerous. One's own suppressed pattern may want to reveal itself, which is an important step in the healing process.

The fourth volume of the successful series – the book "Homeopathic Symbol Pharmacy: Psyche and Mind" and the eponymous card set – has become an important and valuable companion for many users and affected individuals during emotionally challenging times. All volumes are based on the same fundamental understanding: the healing information of homeopathic remedies can be transmitted not only via globuli but also via symbol vibrations. Christina Baumann and Roswitha Stark openly write in the booklet: "We are moving here in the realm of so-called 'fringe sciences,' and you certainly know that these are by no means 'scientifically' recognized. However, you are safe from side effects, but not from effects! Effect means that something changes, thus sets in motion, and healing only happens where change takes place and a rigid situation is resolved. And symbols are very much capable of this."

There are many more or less intuitive ways to determine the right symbol for a personal concern. Usually, the subconscious or the "higher self" knows exactly what is good in a given situation. Which selection or testing methods are best suited for beginners?

Christina Baumann: Here, of course, the card set has a great advantage: even without mastering a testing system like a dowsing rod, pendulum, or kinesiological muscle test, intuition leads you to the right remedy simply by drawing a card from the entire deck. It is important to first think about your intention, your concern, and to trust that the spiritual world will help and guide you to the right symbol remedy. Most people are repeatedly amazed at how well the remedy fits, as does the affirmation that is on the card and which can be integrated into the body with an inhalation. However, possible testing methods are also briefly described in the enclosed booklet, so that one can try everything out at leisure.

With the Bach Flower symbols or the miasmatic special remedies, you have already offered new and unusual ways to work with homeopathic symbols. Are there already plans for further projects in the field of symbolic healing work?

Roswitha Stark: Christina and I follow "input from above" regarding what should be, meaning: We have inspirations and ideas, and if something new comes up that is truly useful for our target group, then we are happy to realize it. Projects must flow and make sense, and we place great value on practical applicability. Therefore: Let's see what the future of information medicine may bring! We are completely open to that.
