Das Hörbuch bietet die Möglichkeit sich mit einzelnen sowie unterschiedlichen Themen zu befassen.
Dabei zu überprüfen, wo vielleicht ein Kontrollverlust vorliegt? (Kontrollverlust bezeichnet das Gefühl oder die Erfahrung, die Kontrolle über eine Situation, ein Verhalten oder eine Emotion zu verlieren). In welchen Situationen wurde ich abgelehnt, blockiert bzw. bevormundet? Das unbewusste Gehirn speichert ein Leben lang. Es ist interessant zu überlegen beim Hören, ob all die Baustellen im Leben schon zu einem frühen Ursprung aufgebaut wurden, nämlich in dem Alter vor dem 3ten Lebensjahr, bzw. in der Schwangerschaft selbst.
Bei der Ursachenforschung und deren Auflösung werden konkrete Beispiele genannt und durch das Reframing besteht die Möglichkeit den Ursprungskonflikt durch einen anderen Blickwinkel das damalige Geschehen aufzulösen und endlich wieder im Leben selbst - durchstarten zu können.

Ein absolut mega-geniales Hörbuch! Nichts anderes hatte ich von Andreas Winter erwartet.
Dieser Mann ist glücklicherweise nicht auf dem Wissens-Stand stehen geblieben, der ihm an der Uni vermittelt wurde.
Er hat studiert, recherchiert, kontempliert, kombiniert, therapiert und praktiziert, und das Potenzial viele Menschen zu motivieren, inspirieren und transformieren.
Es macht Spaß ihm zuzuhören, weil er nicht nur lehrreich und informativ vorträgt, sondern vieles mit Humor spickt. Das mag ich, und es lässt ein Sachbuch zum heiteren Hörerlebnis werden.
Mich interessiert unsere Psyche schon lange und von Herrn Winter konnte ich hier wieder einiges lernen, wovon ich anderswo nie etwas gelesen hatte.
Die Fallbeispiele beschreiben beeindruckende Heilerfolge.
Überdies bewundere ich stets den Mut von bewussten Menschen, die öffentlich wagen, die Wahrheit zu sagen (z.B. was „Heilerfolge“ in der westlichen Medizin angeht). Leider gibt es immer noch viele Leute, die an Medizin- und Pharma-Märchen glauben.

Danke an alle, die offen und bereit dafür sind, nach innen zu gehen, um das Licht am Ende des Tunnels zu finden. Mit jedem von uns wird das Leben auf diesem Planeten ein wenig besser. Peu à peu.

hörend sich selbst besser verstehen

Ich habe vorher das Buch dazu gelesen und bin immer wieder erstaunt, das wenn ich das Hörbuch höre, ich ganz andere Dinge viel präsenter wahrnehme als beim lesen. Daher werde ich die CD noch öfter hören.
Ich finde es gut das Andreas Winter selbst der Sprecher ist. Das macht es irgendwie sehr persönlich, finde ich.
So hat man das geballte Wissen von Andreas Winter leicht zugänglich immer zur Hand bzw. für die Ohren.
