You are in the middle of a crisis, and at the same time you might ask yourself: What is a crisis anyway? And how do you recognize it?

A crisis is the loss of physical and/or mental balance. It occurs when something has been wrong for a long time and all attempts to make it good, whole and healthy again have failed. Possibly
you didn't notice it, you couldn't think of anything else that could help, your rescue attempts were unsuccessful. Perhaps there were aggravating circumstances that have now finally robbed you of your balance. You are overwhelmed and can no longer cope with the external and internal circumstances. Ruhe und Sicherheit

Bei einer geführten Meditation ist die Stimme und das Tempo entscheidend. Die warme, angenehme Stimme von Frau Hühn ist einladend in jeder Hinsicht. Ich habe mich mitgenommen gefühlt, angenommen. Sie nimmt einen an die Hand und führt durch die wunderbaren Meditationen. Nach der einfühlsamen Einleitung kommen 5 Meditationen: Komme zur Ruhe und in Sicherheit - Erkenne, wer in dir den größten Stress erlebt - Nutze deine Ressourcen und Talente - Entwickle frische Kräfte und spinne Stroh zu Gold - Treffe neue Entscheidungen. Sie bauen aufeinander auf und können aber auch unabhängig voneinander angehört werden.
Die längste dauert 13:34 Minuten und somit sind die Meditationen perfekt in den Alltag zu integrieren. Diese CD hilft in der Tat, in miesen Zeiten besser zurecht zu kommen. Positives Denken fällt hier leicht und die Ausrichtung, den Fokus auf das Richtige, ist gerade heute sehr wichtig.

Sehr tief gehende und heilsame Meditationen

Susanne Hühn ist selbst die Sprecherin der CD, was ich sehr angenehm finde, da sie in einem angenehmem Tempo spricht und man sehr gut mitkommt.
Das fünf-Schritte-Programm finde ich super da man sehr an die Hand genommen wird zu einer Lösung bzw. Überwindung der Krise zu gelangen.
Die Meditationen bauen sehr gut aufeinander auf und sind dadurch, das die längste 13:34 Minuten dauert auch wirklich im Alltag machbar. Es ist aber schon bemerkenswert sie tiefgreifend und verändernd diese wenigen Minuten sind. Angenehm finde ich auch wie das positive Denken hier umgesetzt wurde. Es hilft den Fokus von den Schwächen auf die Stärken auszurichten und hinterlässt einen mit dem Gefühl es zu schaffen.
Ich werde diese CD bestimmt noch oft hören, da ich sie sehr hilfreich und durch die jeweils kurzen, aber sehr nachhaltigen Meditationen auch sehr praktikabel finde.
