"(...) And of course everything is vibration. This is what the earliest teachers of wisdom of mankind have told us, such as the pre-Socratic Heraclitus with his "pantarei" - "everything flows" and also Rudolf Steiner with his "all life is rhythm". Richard Alpert, the Harvard professor who later became Ram Dass, once titled "all life is dance". But natural science has long been on board and proves that everything is vibration, from the swarms of electrons that oscillate around their atomic nuclei, to the vibration of molecules, which chemists call Brownian molecular motion, to the planetary vibrations, which the ancient teacher of wisdom Pythagoras, the German poet Goethe and also Isaac Newton sang about as the harmony of the spheres.

In the 1970s, the Swiss mathematician, musicologist and astrologer Hans Cousto continued to pursue the idea of ​​the astronomer Johannes Kepler, who wanted to scientifically grasp the harmony of the spheres and assigned the relations of the orbital speeds of the planets to musical intervals. Cousto solved the question of the fundamental tone, which Kepler had not yet been able to solve, by transforming the astronomically known rotation periods or orbital periods of the earth around the sun into the human hearing range.
