Let us follow our roots – back into the bosom of nature
In our performance-oriented society, modern man has strayed far from his roots. Chronic illnesses and psychosomatic complaints have increasingly become widespread ailments. Is this really our fate? Thomas Lambert Schöberl knows another way: In order to be able to tackle the challenges of our time sustainably and with new creativity, he recommends giving space to the wonders of nature and the holistic view of the world and people, and becoming aware of their importance for body, mind and soul. Many people feel an ever more clear longing for nature, for more originality in their lives and a new definition of the meaning of life.
In a poetic yet very direct way, the author tells of his own path to recovery and the process of his personal development. As a naturopath, musician and art historian, he sensitively takes us into a long-forgotten visual language that shows us the intangible wealth and the countless perspectives of a holistic world view. He uses experiences from his naturopathic practice to illustrate that the profession of naturopath and the ancient knowledge of naturopathy are valuable cultural assets worth protecting.
In this unabridged audio book you can also enjoy melodies, songs and poems that Thomas Lambert Schöberl himself wrote, composed and set to music with a lot of passion.
- Your own story: life path and calling as a therapist

With the title "Green Souls", Thomas Lambert Schöberl presents an outstanding book that is both moving and inspiring. He verbally tackles the root cause of all psychosomatic suffering, i.e. the fact that people have lost contact with themselves and with nature, but does not leave his readers in the lurch with this realization. Rather, the author shows a variety of ways back to a life in accordance with nature and gives new dignity to the concept of wholeness, which has long been used so indiscriminately. Worth reading, enriching and forward-looking.
