"You just can't want it too much, then it will work!" - Are you sick of hearing this sentence?

For many women, becoming pregnant is the greatest wish in their lives. But babies don't come on demand. They don't want the pressure and stress of deadlines - and they go on strike. An unfulfilled desire to have children is therefore an opportunity for every woman and every couple to reorient themselves mentally and spiritually: They can learn to open themselves up to things that only work with the heart and cannot be perceived with the mind.

As an ambassador, fertility counselor and former sufferer Namiah Bauer builds a bridge between the expectant mother and her unborn child. She explains in an easy-to-understand way how you can get in touch with your dream child and invite it into your life. Loving exercises and effective affirmations help you to go into silence and feel the child's soul.

  • Sensitive support during the period of trying to conceive, but also during periods of grief following miscarriages and stillbirths
  • Practical 21-day program "Time for Love" to change your perspective and make your own world bigger
  • Inspiring interviews about the desire to have children, motherhood and femininity

Namiah Bauer's guide to fertility speaks to me and so many other patients who are trying to have children, because the problem of not being able to get pregnant despite wanting to so much cannot be solved by medical means alone. Namiah Bauer knows how to take readers on a journey to fulfilling their desire to have children, sensitively and supported by loving exercises. I am happy to recommend Namiah's book to our patients who are undergoing traditional fertility therapy, because as part of our holistic approach we want to give patients exactly what she describes so aptly and with ease: not to forget to love your own body and to open up to the desire to have children. A great book!
Dr. rer. med. Nicole Winkle , Director of Villa Kinderwunsch, practice for holistic fertility therapy (Ulm)

"Namiah Bauer combines experiences, skills, perspectives and experts into a wonderfully lively flow. She conveys a new, easy way to fulfill wishes: listening to the child's soul is something that can be learned and opens hearts. Namiah leads her readers out of their heads and shows them how they can feel the desire to have children in their hearts. My heartfelt recommendation."
Sita Kleinert , founder of the School for Spiritual Birth Support, trainer and coach (Steinebrunn/Switzerland)

Namiah Bauer knows how to bring the children's souls and the intended parents together. She opens the eyes to see the miracle of life with new eyes. With simple exercises she invites you to perceive the children's souls and invite them into this life. In this way, the desire to have children can become an enriching and inspiring experience. The book is absolutely worth reading.
C. Manuela Schmickler , fertility coach (Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler)

With her book “Leap of Joy”, Namiah Bauer offers an easy, loving and mindful way to get in touch with yourself and your dream child. Especially in difficult days full of hopelessness and sadness about the overwhelming desire to have a child, this book gives you the lightness and confidence to believe in your miracle.
Pia Mortimer , Woman & Birth Coach (Hamburg)

A wonderfully encouraging and inspiring book that takes the reader on a journey into the invisible world of children's souls. It opens the way to more self-love, self-acceptance, to one's own inner child and thus to the soul of the unborn child, which is just waiting for us future mothers to finally become happier, more relaxed and more receptive so that it can come to us more easily.
Sonja Lehr , alternative practitioner (Dießen am Ammersee)

A book that gives you the courage to open up: to yourself, to the child's soul, to be happy despite hopes and wishes. A truly holistic view of the topic of wanting children - an invitation for body and soul. Healing and wonderful.
Lana Lunemann , midwife, spiritual teacher, sex educator (Velbert)

" With her book "Leap of Joy", Namiah Bauer takes a completely different, eye-opening look at the subject of wanting children. The realization that the dream baby is a soul and not something we can force or do may be painful at first. And yet it is precisely this truth that can help women with a deep desire for a baby to open their hearts (again). Not to close themselves off in anger, despair or blind actionism, but instead to turn to life and curiously explore what the here and now has to offer. Recognizing the abundance in your own life, even if the dream child has not (yet) arrived, is infinitely healing. Namiah juggles with words, touches with her "slams" and summarizes key statements as an essence at the end of each chapter. Short, positive impulses that every woman and every couple can take with them into their everyday lives in order to move on with inspiration. A powerful and joyful yes to one's own life runs like a thread through this book.
Simone Vogel , NONAWUNDER (Althengstett)

" With this wonderful book, Namiah Bauer has created something very valuable for couples who want to have children. It comprehensively shows the different aspects of wanting to have children, regardless of whether the couples have medical support or not. In addition, 'Freudensprung' also sheds light on the important topic of one's own old traumas. With her loving way, Namiah Bauer manages to write about this topic in an incredibly easy way and gives a lot of “exercises” that touch the soul. The book gives courage, brings confidence and a change of perspective. I will I wholeheartedly recommend it to my patients who want to have children and give it away as a gift!
Anne Henle , alternative practitioner (Ehningen)

In the FlowBirthing mentoring program, I always recommend Namiah Bauer's book to women who want to get involved in a new birth culture. For me, it is the book for everyone who has an unfulfilled desire to have children and wants to approach the topic from within - on a soul level and in connection with the feminine power. For me, her book and FlowBirthing are siblings, written in the same inspiring, life-affirming spirit. May it reach many women who want to make contact with their child's soul before pregnancy and thus accompany it into this world with love.
Kristina Rumpel , author and initiator of FlowBirthing (Würzburg)
