Übersichtliches Format, wirksame Übungen

Mir gefällt das praktische Format des Übungsleitfadens. Auch für Anfänger:innen sind die Übungen gut nachvollziehbar dank Beschreibung und Fotos. Insgesamt ermöglicht das Büchlein, dass man sich mit Leichtigkeit sein eigenes Programm zusammenstellen kann. Eine gelungene Einführung zum Hintergrund von Pilates und den einzelnen Übungshinweisen runden das Ganze entsprechend ab.
