Kurz und prägnant

Sehr gute Zusammenfassung in CD und Büchlein zur Selbsthilfe vorbeugend für Beckenboden als auch bei Beschwerden. Kann ich als Hebamme sehr empfehlen.

Prima Übungen für mehr Wohlbefinden

Als bekennender Sport-Muffel muss ich sagen, dass mich die kurzen Übungen auf dieser CD absolut überzeugt haben. Einfach, effektiv, schnell durchzuführen, gut erklärt... was will ich mehr? Im beiliegenden Booklet sind die Übungen nochmals nachzulesen, sodass keine Fragen offenbleiben. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diese CD, da sie ohne grossen Zeitaufwand die Möglichkeit bietet, etwas für die Beckenbodenmuskulatur zu tun und das ist ja mit zunehmendem Alter oftmals nötig.
