Jeanette Luft

Jeanette Luft (born 1981) is a yoga therapist and mother of two children in Heidelberg. She specializes in pregnancy and postnatal yoga and is one of the leading providers of training courses for pre- and postnatal yoga. To date, she has accompanied well over 2,000 women during their pregnancies.

As an author, she has published numerous articles in print and online media, including in "Yoga Aktuell", "Auszeit" and "Happy Mind Magazin".
