Dr. Monika Krout
Dr. Monika Krout (born 1963) studied medicine in Marburg. After completing her doctorate, she worked for several years as a doctor in the pediatric oncology department at the children's hospital at the University of Cologne; research scholarships at the renowned Max Planck Institute in Munich and at UTHealth (University of Texas Health Science Center) in Houston enabled her to expand her knowledge in the areas of oncology and hematology.
Since 1993, she has been running a naturopathic practice in Aachen as a specialist in general medicine. One focus of her work is research into electrohypersensitivity; in particular, she is investigating the connection between mobile phone radiation and heart rate variability.
