Self-knowledge through “Inspired Writing”: France Gauthier shows ways and tools to rediscover yourself

In her new book "Inspired Writing", the bestselling author from Canada describes how this unusual way of writing has shaped her own path. With many concrete tips and text examples, her instructions inspire you to pick up a pen yourself and steer your life in new directions.

Writing as a reliable guide

Since 2007, Canadian presenter and successful author France Gauthier has devoted herself to "Inspired Writing", and since 2011 she has also been teaching this technique in well-attended seminars and workshops. In contrast to "Automatic Writing", which is reserved for talented mediums, everyone can take action here to receive information from the subtle world.

In the first German edition of her bestseller "Le guide de l'écriture inspirée", Gauthier explains in an easy-to-understand and comprehensible way how inspiration can be consciously stimulated and put on paper. The former television journalist and current author of spiritual books has learned through daily writing to literally change her own life and give it a new, clear direction: "I recognize myself, I recognize the blind spots in critical or ambiguous situations. I can expand my consciousness, reduce existential fears, heal myself and much more." With her instructions, she accompanies the growth and learning process and reveals many tips and tricks for establishing a creative connection with the invisible.

What does “Inspired Writing” mean?

For France Gauthier, "Inspired Writing" is a simple technique "that allows a direct connection with the greater self, that is, with the part of us that is linked to universal knowledge." All human beings are in constant connection with this knowledge, which circulates freely in the universe. In many spiritual traditions, the spiritual-masculine merges with the soul-feminine to form a new unity that participates in both forms of expression.

The expression of the mind is expressed through ideas, perceptions or images that merge with the constant flow of thoughts. One can hear these messages and benefit from their teachings when the overworked mental apparatus frees itself from the worries of everyday life.

Sensations, on the other hand, are the expression of the soul. The signals that our body sends us are clear indications that a place, a job, a project or a relationship is not right for us.

Since our universal essence expresses itself through the soul-mind-body unity, it is essential to try to decipher and understand its expression. In this search for knowledge and unity with oneself, "Inspired Writing" appears as an effective means of receiving the breath of the spiritual that accompanies the sensations of the soul, and to record everything that arises without filtering or judging.

“Inspired writing” as a source of wisdom

According to Gauthier, regular practice of "inspired writing" allows us to access new perspectives to look beyond our fears, conditioning and dependencies. It also helps us to expand our general knowledge because it allows us to gain an even more precise understanding of certain ideas.

It is the opposite of the skill we have been taught since elementary school. School still formats the left side of the brain by teaching us to create logical texts based on reflection and analysis. Inspired writing, on the other hand, stimulates the right side of the brain - where instinct, emotions, intuition, artistic sense and higher intelligence reside - so that inspiration can access and be translated into concepts or ideas.

Daring to practice "inspired writing" on a regular basis, allowing yourself to throw preconceived ideas aside to make room for the unknown, undoubtedly stimulates the right hemisphere of the brain. The new concepts received in a state of inspiration are simultaneously stored in the left hemisphere and can be used in new creations once they have been internalized. "Inspired writing" is therefore an exceptional technique for France Gauthier, and it is the one that has helped her the most in her spiritual quest to date.

In the new compact guide, incense expert Annemarie Zobernig passes on her wealth of knowledge for the first time in book form - even if the paper pages unfortunately do not convey the wonderful and pleasant smells of the plants and resins.

Smoking is beneficial for people, animals and spaces; it provides energetic cleansing and harmonization. Create your own personal place of power and use it to recharge your batteries, relax or meditate.

The leaves and flowers of the lady's mantle provide harmonizing energy. As an incense plant, it has a hormone-balancing effect and is suitable for all "women's rooms". It can be used for animals, for example, to calm them before castration or sterilization.

For over 20 years, Annemarie Zobernig has been lighting and stoking the fire for incense; it is her burning passion, profession and calling. She also passes on her enthusiasm and inspiration very successfully in her “Duftklang” seminars.
