“Those who neutralize the stressful issues stored in the heart resonance field open up access to sustainable joy in life”

Interview with the business economist and developer of heart resonance coaching Claus Walter

"Our heart resonance acts like a magnet that attracts like: Positive things attract positive things - negative things, unfortunately, negative things. If negative issues such as fears or traumas are stored in the heart resonance field - through our own experiences and events or those of our family of origin - we can get into a downward spiral that ultimately leads to exhaustion, burnout or worse. However, anyone who is willing to come to terms with themselves can regain lasting physical, mental and emotional vitality with the help of heart resonance coaching in parallel with other forms of therapy." Claus Walter, developer of heart resonance coaching and author of the book of the same name, has combined important findings from heart resonance research, coherence, quantum physics as well as naturopathic and energetic medicine in his coaching method. This is also used by some Swiss health insurance companies."

After your severe burnout in 2004, you developed “ Heart Resonance Coaching ” in twelve years of research from various findings, methods and therapy approaches. What approaches did you encounter along the way and which of them had a lasting influence on you?

Walter: The focus is on the intensive research into heart resonance and coherence that has been carried out over the last 20 years. As a result, the heart is our most important organ, both physically and emotionally; you could also say it is our "emotional brain". In addition, there are approaches and methods from natural science - such as quantum physics -, from naturopathy - such as homeopathy - and from energetics, such as energetic bodywork. I call it "three-pillar medicine". All of this, closely interwoven, formed the basis for my own recovery and my methodological work, from which heart resonance coaching ultimately developed.

Your method has a special connection to Alex Loyd's "Healing Code". What are the similarities and differences between these two concepts, and how do they complement each other?

Walter: Heart Resonance Coaching (HRC) and the Healing Code (HC) developed by Dr. Alex Loyd deal with the "healing" of the heart on an emotional level from two different directions. The HC works internally, i.e. on the negative cellular memories that affect the human body cells. The stressful issues in the "stimulus-response-belief system" are reprogrammed, i.e. neutralized. The HRC works externally in the energy field, in the human "data storage", but with an internal effect, on the resolution of negative emotional issues. The HC deals with memories, not emotions; these are symptoms of memories and unconscious programming. The combination of HC and HRC leads to a significant increase or is a kind of "booster" for the effect of the resolution work. Therefore, both methods complement each other very well.

You see “heart resonance coaching” as a parallel measure in collaboration with doctors, psychological specialists, complementary and bodywork therapists in the treatment of burnout and exhaustion. What successes have you already achieved here?

Walter: Over the past five years, around 400 people have regained lasting physical, mental and emotional vitality thanks to the HRC in conjunction with integrative vitalization, ie the above-mentioned collaboration between various medical disciplines. These people have found their way back from a mostly serious crisis, e.g. exhaustion or burnout, to a life with high quality and joy. The HRC is also characterized by being much more effective than other methods. Several Swiss health insurance companies are already using these advantages in serious cases of burnout and are also saving high costs as a result - up to seven-figure amounts.

With a strong and free heart, the cardiovascular system, the immune system and thus the body's self-healing process are activated and supported. Are there any scientific studies or medical findings that can support this theory?

Walter: The effectiveness of heart resonance has been scientifically proven by the Californian HeartMath Institute. It is 5,000 times stronger than the brain's electromagnetic field. In my book, I discuss further research and series of experiments, including those by leading quantum physicists.

The basis of your work is the “heart compass” as a personal navigation system and the so-called “life map” for clarifying and neutralizing negative issues. What requirements must be met in order to orient yourself effectively here?

Walter: None. All that is needed from each and every person is a sincere willingness to come to terms with themselves. Talking to family members is also helpful.

“Heart resonance coaching” is not only suitable for individuals, but also for companies when it comes to resolving conflicts and dealing with crises. What role does the “heart compass” play in business coaching?

Walter: The sum of vision, products and services, which is embodied by the employees, forms the "heart" of the company. If the internal navigation systems - the "heart compass" - of the employees are in balance, the logical consequence is the success of the company. By working with heart resonance, the causes of conflicts, negative issues and illness among employees can be quickly identified and neutralized. This is particularly helpful for company management, because every manager has a role model function. In other words: If the "heart compass" of the company management is clearly aligned, this has a correspondingly balancing effect on the employees. As a result, the company increases its positive impact in terms of charisma and attraction - in other words, its business success.

Your book is suitable for people who want to find a way out of a crisis and come to terms with themselves and the past. Is the method suitable for everyone or are there people to whom you would recommend an alternative method?

Walter: Anyone who is willing to change something on their own initiative and on their own responsibility can use the HRC on their own using my method book. Anyone who needs exchange and reflection for this process can do the HRC with the support of a coach trained in this method. In the case of serious mental disorders or chronic mental illnesses, the HRC can effectively supplement the treatment of a psychological specialist in parallel use.
