Priv. Doz. Dr. Barbara Zoeke studied psychology in Cologne and Münster. After completing her doctorate and habilitation, she taught and researched in Münster, Frankfurt, Würzburg and Munich. In addition to scientific work on brain development and memory, she writes narrative prose.
