Dr. Earl Mindell
Dr. Earl Mindell (born 1940) is a licensed pharmacist, college professor, and internationally recognized expert in the fields of nutrition, pharmaceuticals, vitamins, and herbal remedies. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the California College of Natural Medicine and is a member of the Advisory Group to the Dean of the School of Pharmacy at Chapman University. In 2002, he received the President's Award from the National Nutritional Food Association for his long-standing involvement in organic food production. Dr. Mindell was inducted into the California Pharmacists Association Hall of Fame in 2007. And in 2012, he received the President's Citation Award from Bastyr University for his exemplary service.
Dr. Mindell has appeared on numerous radio and television shows, including Oprah Winfrey and Good Morning America, and is the award-winning author of more than twenty best-selling books, including The Vitamin Bible.
