Bernard S. Otis (1929 - 2018) was a well-known food service facility planner, marketing, management and sales consultant, speaker, writer and community leader. In his 65-year career, he worked for companies such as ITT Corp, Hewlett Packard, Barkley's Bank and Tiffany's of New York. Since his first work, "Revenue Generation Through the Sale of Kumquats and Other Things," he has also been successful as an author.
