Start spring with Schuessler salts

Online seminar with recommendations from Angelika Countess Wolffskeel of Reichenberg

The well-known Schüßler salts expert explains why it is difficult for people to get going after the long, dark winter months. A spring cure with Schüßler salts brings urgently needed minerals exactly where they are needed.

After winter comes spring fatigue…
As soon as hibernation is over, spring fatigue sets in. This is no wonder, says the renowned alternative practitioner and guidebook author Angelika Countess Wolffskeel von Reichenberg: "During the winter, the body is primarily focused on storing energy in order to protect the organs from cooling down. The winter fat that has accumulated and the waste products that have accumulated in the cells reduce the body's strength on the one hand, and unfortunately it also makes it more difficult to absorb new energy from food on the other." Everyone knows the consequences: annoying pounds that just won't go away, sensitivity to the weather, susceptibility to infections and, above all, fatigue - no spring fever can set in! A biochemical spring cure with Schuessler salts, which can be taken over a longer period of time, ensures the necessary detoxification and subsequent rebuilding.

Spring cure according to Dr. Schüßler
The biochemical spring cure according to Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schüßler (1821 - 1898) is divided into a purification phase and a build-up phase. First, you take Schüßler salt no. 9 Natrium phosphoricum D6 and salt no. 10 Natrium sulfuricum D6, alternating daily for three to four weeks. To then build up, you take Schüßler salt no. 10 Natrium sulfuricum D6 again for three to four weeks, each time together with salt no. 2 Calcium phosphoricum D6 or salt no. 3 Ferrum phosphoricum D12 (alternating daily).
The most important organ for purification and detoxification is the liver, so you should pay special attention to it in spring: To stimulate the liver, take the "Hot 10" in the afternoon and the "Hot 6" in the evening - that is, dissolve 5 to 10 tablets of salt no. 10 Natrium sulfuricum D6 or salt no. 6 Kalium sulfuricum in a cup of hot water and drink it, chewing in small sips.
Rubbing the liver area with Schuessler ointments No. 6 and No. 10, alternating daily, is also beneficial. The recognized expert gives these and other recommendations, such as the "biochemical energy swing" or additional measures and nutritional tips, in a clear manner in her books and seminars.

The “12 Salts of Life” – Multimedia Health
In addition to the standard work "The 12 Salts of Life. Biochemistry according to Dr. Schüßler", which is now in its 7th edition and is available as a paperback, and the compact guide of the same name for on the go, the successful speaker has also produced a DVD and an audio book. Using examples from her many years of practice, Countess Wolffskeel von Reichenberg, who has also been Vice President of the Biochemical Association of Germany (BBD) for some time, explains the diverse applications of Schüßler salts. In this way, viewers and listeners receive a lively audio-visual guide to self-observation and self-treatment in addition to theoretical knowledge.
More and more people are relying on alternative healing methods that look at the person as a whole and are gentler than conventional medicine. As a valuable suggestion for (re)activating the body's self-healing powers after a long winter, Angelika Countess Wolffskeel von Reichenberg will be holding a webinar on the topic of "Fit for spring with Schuessler salts" in the Mankau Verlag online academy on March 6, 2017 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Those interested can take part live from their home PC or laptop and learn interesting facts about their use. The most important thing, however, is to get plenty of exercise in the fresh air and enjoy spring, because "the best medicine against all health threats" - according to the expert - "is of course a happy heart!"
