Shaping the future with your thoughts

Spiritual laws and mental exercises are the “key to the subconscious”

With the paperback edition and audio CD of her successful guide, Kathrin Emely Springer shows in an entertaining and easy-to-understand way how everyone can change their life for the better.

Like attracts like
Every thought is a force that goes out and shows its effect. Thoughts are energy that follows its own laws, such as energy of a certain quality or vibration tending to attract energy of a similar quality or vibration. In other words: if we think life is bad, then this thought has a certain vibration frequency. If there is something in our environment that is similarly negative, that has a similar vibration frequency to our negative thought, then it will resonate with this thought. Fortunately, this attraction works the other way round too: if we have positive thoughts, then we also attract positive things from our environment.
This is a simple summary of the approach that psychologist and kinesiologist Kathrin Emely Springer uses very successfully in her Stuttgart institute for leadership coaching, HR strategy consulting, and conflict management and crisis intervention programs. The Springer training can be learned in everyday life with the paperback edition and the audio CD of the same name.

The positive power of thoughts
The prerequisite for the positive power of thoughts are the so-called "spiritual laws" according to which everything in life works together. In clear words and in no way esoteric, the author shows that these are the "rules of the game" that one must first understand in order to be successful and happy. The laws of causality, cause and effect, analogy and resonance state that everything we send out comes back to us sooner or later. And the law of contradiction formulates the fact that everything we resist reduces the power of thoughts and prevents change.
We often misuse our environment as a projection surface for our negative feelings so that we don't have to deal with them ourselves. But with clarity and a feeling for the interconnectedness of all living things, it is possible to formulate positive statements about one's own life. "The subconscious needs clear and unambiguous information and messages. If it doesn't get them, the subconscious is confused. The moment clear goals are set and clear decisions are made, the subconscious will attract everything that corresponds to these specifications. The clearer a thought, the faster it will be implemented," says Springer.

Training program for the subconscious
Before you can begin "jumper training," it is important to take a step back and look at your own life in a completely non-judgmental way. The genogram or a small typology of human fears have proven particularly helpful for this.
The former is a kind of extended family tree, since all of our beliefs, convictions, thought patterns, attitudes to life and action programs have their origins in the family. Only those who recognize the patterns can break free from them in the long term.
It is just as important to know what you are actually afraid of. Our fears usually influence our lives more than we would like – or are aware of. What we think are our wishes are often well-concealed fears. Four types can be distinguished: the "commitment-shy", the "dependent", the "can't change anything" type and the "non-committal". Depending on where you would most likely place yourself, this can provide valuable clues to possible weak points. These can then be specifically addressed, for example as part of the recommended 3-week program. Three weeks, by the way, because the subconscious needs at least 21 days to permanently anchor affirmations – i.e. new, positive beliefs about your own life.

With 12 exercises - in the 21-day program presented or freely selectable according to desire and need - every reader can easily dissolve negative beliefs, tune their subconscious in a targeted positive way and activate their "hidden treasure".

The audio CD contains 13 mental exercises for healing, health and success. This will help you master difficult situations, identify your personal wishes for the future and achieve your desired goals.
