How foreign energies are “forgiven, deleted, released and thus neutralized”: A conversation with Claus Walter

"The causes lie far back and come from earlier generations of our original families, ancestral lines, from ancient times or previous lives. They are unconscious transmissions of emotional injuries, shocks, traumas, fears, aggression, depression, etc. that were repressed, suppressed and never reconciled. All of this is stored in us..." After more than 14 years of research, Claus Walter has developed targeted methods for revitalizing exhausted people and companies; this is how Heart Resonance Coaching® came about. The dissolution work "Foreign Energies" - which is also the title of Claus Walter's current book - was developed in collaboration with specialists and therapists. Claus Walter talks about the causes and dissolution of foreign energies in this interview.

You describe your new book “Foreign Energies” as an extension and supplement to the method of the book “Heart Resonance Coaching” . What motivated you to undertake this project?

Claus Walter: In my work as a coach, I often noticed that issues kept coming up with my clients, that coaching methods didn't work, or that issues that had already been neutralized resurfaced after a few weeks. Many cases left me with a big question mark. I was simply at a loss. So I started looking for the causes, because the well-being of my clients was of course very important to me. That was the start of a two-and-a-half-year research and development process with a lot of practical work with many clients, but also in exchange with therapists and specialists. This resulted in a lasting "liberation process" for my clients.

You use the term “foreign energies” to describe phenomena that people repeatedly encounter for inexplicable reasons and that seem unknown, unusual or unfamiliar to them – and yet still determine their thoughts and feelings. How does this happen and what are the causes?

Claus Walter: The causes lie far back and come from earlier generations of our original families, ancestral lines, from ancient times or previous lives. They are unconscious transmissions of emotional injuries, shocks, traumas, fears, aggression, depression, etc. that were repressed, suppressed and never reconciled. All of this is stored within us, but we often do not perceive or recognize it ourselves. But it is reflected in our external world, for example when we have conflicts or encounters with people who are "like a mirror" for us. Our unconscious thoughts and feelings become clearly visible. Simply put: "As within, so without." This is the law of resonance.

In your book you say that people's problems can come from external energetic stress, strong negative energies, from previous generations, past lives or from the effects of curses, vows, witchcraft or enchantment. How can we recognize these influences, and do these external energies still exist today "in a modern form"? For example, through (cyber) bullying, outdated role models, excessive pressure to perform with existential fears, hyper-sexualization, obsession with beauty and youth, etc.?

Claus Walter: You can recognize these phenomena quite quickly with two examples. How often do you hear people say something like: "It's like a curse, now it's happening to me again." This can be related to a professional or private level, to love, to a relationship with a person, to certain events or even to health. These experiences are based on words or "curses" that have been spoken with a lasting effect: "Forever and ever, never and by no one to be dissolved, forever existing..." They act like negative spirals that you normally cannot get out of. You can recognize them by the fact that they keep coming back and are becoming more frequent. We are reminded each time that something from the past is not yet OK and should still be neutralized. At the moment, what has been brought to the surface by the "me-too" movement is particularly important to me. Women are still confronted with issues today that really no longer fit in the third millennium.

To explain the effects of energy on people or, in particular, in management, you use the scientific findings of quantum physics. Which principles are applied?

Claus Walter: Basically, it is the principles of five natural laws that arise from quantum physics and the law of resonance or the law of attraction. I like to use the following graphic to illustrate this.

According to this, matter is defined as a state of energy, of information, which is in constant change. If we consider a person as an "information field", information is stored in them at the cellular level and in their energetic image (aura), which can be positive or negative. The energy or information does not differentiate between positive and negative. I look at the causes of negative experiences, conflicts or physical symptoms because these particularly disturb people's perception and hinder their personal development. If these disturbances are eliminated or reconciled at the cause level, the person's information field can be neutralized.

This means that there are self-destruction and self-sabotage programs in the "human information field" that need to be decoded and ultimately neutralized. What steps are required for this? Is there such a thing as "virus protection" to prevent this?

Claus Walter: After recognizing and becoming aware of these disruptive "programs," they should be "deleted," including their "copies" and "backup storage" - to put it in computer language. At the same time, it is important to prevent the automatic "reset," i.e. the restoration of these programs. This means that there is a kind of "virus protection," which I call "immunity protection" in humans. After neutralization, this immunity protection is placed over the person. This keeps away all types of foreign energies that have been neutralized up to that point. However, due to the constant energetic changes on Earth, new, previously hidden issues can emerge that were "hidden" behind the issues that have already been resolved. Recognizing these issues often goes hand in hand with one's own personality development and personal growth. The positivity and self-empowerment achieved then makes ongoing neutralization easier, which is comparable to daily physical cleansing.

Your practical experience with people in states of exhaustion shows that foreign energies are one of the most complex issues that are not uncovered by conventional therapies. What are the differences between heart resonance coaching and neutralization work and other treatment approaches?

Claus Walter: Basically, we work on the basis of "integrative vitalization" in which different therapies, methodologies and medical measures interact with each other. Every person is unique and only individual therapy leads to success for each person. The findings and results from almost 600 coaching sessions have shown that if issues from the past and external energetic burdens and influences are not reconciled, forgiven, deleted, released and thus neutralized, they remain and remind us either through negative physical symptoms or reflections of life events, conflicts or crises that something from the past is still "open" - that is, not resolved.

Other treatment approaches help people to recognize, to become aware of something and then to deal with it. We go further. We look for and recognize the causes in order to then reconcile, erase, free and thus neutralize them. Why should I learn to deal with fears or aggressions when they were passed on to me - for example by my ancestors from the generations of the two world wars or through abuse and its consequences - and are not my own? That is the difference: If I neutralize the causes, this brings lasting success. Otherwise, it remains as it is and was.

You say that free energy flow in people, an open heart area and strong grounding are basic requirements for a successful life. How can these conditions be put into practice?

Claus Walter: Humans are part of nature, which means they belong to nature and vibrate at the same frequency as nature. That is why grounding exercises such as meditation or yoga, hugging trees, swimming in water, gardening or, more recently, “forest bathing”, i.e. simply walking in the forest, are so important and support healthy grounding. The heart is strengthened by neutralizing all the stress on my heart that is on my mind or close to my heart. Through exercise and oxygen outside in the fresh air, I promote or activate harmonization best and bring myself back into harmony with nature. The main focus is on having fun and enjoying myself – with the kind of exercise that everyone likes.

Due to the entanglements with the ancestral lines and the complex programming of foreign energetic burdens, Claus Walter recommends three tried and tested steps in this book in order to neutralize and free yourself sustainably.

Humans are like a “mosaic picture” made up of many small building blocks (cellular memories and soul parts). Negative things from the past that are stored in this mosaic work their way out through the resonance field and attract negative things.

The core of a person's being is surrounded by various energies. Negative energies affect us in different ways. In order to feel free, these energies must be neutralized and an immune protection placed over the person.

Claus Walter worked as an expert in product and innovation management as well as business development for large technology companies. Prompted by his own burnout, he developed methods to revitalize exhausted people and companies.
