Self-love instead of egoism: “True love is always on the move in the WE.” Interview with Claus Walter, founder of Heart Resonance Coaching

"Especially in times of change, as we are currently experiencing globally and on a variety of levels, a reconnection and restoration of the original true love and its values in all aspects of our thinking, feeling and acting is of essential importance. If we follow our inner triad of true love, we can develop to our best advantage and in harmony with our calling and thus lead a happy, fulfilled and contented life." Claus Walter , founder of Heart Resonance Coaching ® (HRC) and author of the guidebook " The Power of True Love ", talks in an interview about the healing energy of this primal force and its great significance - for ourselves and for the whole world.

Together with “Heart Resonance Coaching” (2016) and “Foreign Energies” (2019), your new book “The Power of True Love” is part of a trilogy. What connects these three books and what distinguishes them from each other?

Claus Walter: These three books form a triad; the trilogy follows an overall process that takes place in several stages. The two books "Heart Resonance Coaching" and "Foreign Energies" cover a clearing and neutralization process of ancient, old and blocking, negative issues from previous and this life. The book "The Power of True Love" enables you to align yourself with growth in all aspects in harmony with true love and to be guided by it. All three books enable personality development in which the development and shaping of skills and talents is the focus.

In contrast to many other love guides, you emphasize that your book is based exclusively on natural laws, natural forces and the higher powers behind them and is free from any religion and neutral in all directions. So what does "true love" mean without any romance?

Claus Walter: True love naturally includes all forms and facets of love. If you break down the word love and look at what it means: L =Love i =is e =every b =beings e =energy, it shows us that all people, animals and plants are based on love at their core and are built on it. The power of true love thus represents the primal energy on which our earth is physically built.

Over the centuries, more and more interpretations and legends have accumulated around love. It is your aim to create clarity and free love from all these distortions, falsifications, confusion, misinformation, deceptions and the associated misunderstandings and entanglements. What method can be used to achieve this?

Claus Walter: True love has been abused, twisted and falsified in the past. In the book, these distortions of the truth are exposed so that everyone can recognize true love again. But first, everyone should come to terms with themselves in order to be able to live from their free heart again. There are some tips and explanations for this that are illustrated in the book.

You see the topic of “self-love” as a starting point on the path to true love. Why are there so many misunderstandings here, for example when it comes to confusing it with egoism and self-love?

Claus Walter: If you don't love yourself and don't take good care of yourself, you can neither pass on true love to others nor receive it yourself. The book shows a clear distinction between egoism and self-love. If you want to be successful, you should be part of the WE and not serve the old EGO, because we can only achieve technological and social change together with solution-oriented, human feelings, thoughts and actions.

Mental illnesses such as burnout, depression and anxiety disorders are now the most common cause of occupational disability, accounting for 37 percent of cases. What connection is there between this and a lack of true love?

Claus Walter: Here too we have a triad that leads to mental illness. A lack of true love, which already exists from the past of previous generations or previous lives, is still stored deep in the cellular memories and can still have a blocking effect in the present if the issues of the past are not resolved. The second factor is the materialism of our time; everything is geared towards money and consumption. The third aspect is that many people today work in jobs that do not match their talents and abilities. In addition, repression through smoking, alcohol, drugs, gambling addiction, excessive work or even sport show us that something is not in harmony with our heart. All of this leads to illnesses such as exhaustion, depression or burnout, because the body signals through psychological or physical symptoms: "I don't want to do this anymore."

In your book you repeatedly talk about the “triad of love” which repeats itself on different levels. What exactly does this mean and how does this triad manifest itself?

Claus Walter: In order to achieve harmony and inner balance, a person's inner triad - consisting of head, heart and gut - should form a unity. Intuition is our gut brain, the heart is our emotional brain, and our head is our spiritual brain. If a person only wants to control everything with their head and ignores their intuition and heart, they will make wrong decisions. If a person follows their inner triad of true love, they can, thanks to the law of resonance (like attracts like), develop fully for their highest good and in harmony with their calling or life's purpose, and thus lead a happy, fulfilled and contented life.

Heart resonance coaching deals in depth with heart and emotional issues and the release of everything that blocks intuition, the heart and true love. What contribution does your work make in times of climate change and the global consequences of the corona crisis?

Claus Walter: We have a global change in the world in different forms, climate change is just one expression of it. Other forms such as the family climate, the working climate, the corporate climate, the political climate, the social-human climate, etc. only reflect the global urgency of all transformations. The current Corona situation is merely an accelerant to remind us of our true human values and to recognize them. It is about returning to the values of nature, humanity and health. My work as an author and mentor shows how important and essential it is to reconnect with and restore the original true love and its values in all aspects of life - our feelings, thoughts and actions. In this way, a sustainable, meaningful transformation is possible that is in harmony with empathy, appreciation, mindfulness and respect.

Due to the entanglements with the ancestral lines and the complex programming of foreign energetic burdens, Claus Walter recommends three tried and tested steps in this book in order to neutralize and free yourself sustainably.

Humans are like a “mosaic picture” made up of many small building blocks (cellular memories and soul parts). Negative things from the past that are stored in this mosaic work their way out through the resonance field and attract negative things.

The core of a person's being is surrounded by various energies. Negative energies affect us in different ways. In order to feel free, these energies must be neutralized and an immune protection placed over the person.

Claus Walter worked as an expert in product and innovation management as well as business development for large technology companies. Prompted by his own burnout, he developed methods to revitalize exhausted people and companies.
