Interview with Roswitha Stark about the card set “Energetic Organ Check”: “With the Organ Check cards you can’t do anything wrong – but you can ‘correct’ a lot!”

"The Organ Check cards do not require any explanation or interpretation of symptoms or illnesses. Through the complex language of symbols, they have a direct influence on our subconscious - which in turn controls our health - and there they unfold their healing impulses. Alternative practitioner Roswitha Stark , author of the " Energetic Organ Check " card set, sees working with special symbol cards as a simple but extremely effective way of setting our organism's self-healing powers in motion.

There are now many organ language books on the market that provide valuable information about what our symptoms and illnesses “mean”. What is your goal with your “Energetic Organ Check” card set, and what is special about this approach?

Roswitha Stark: The organ check cards also speak a language. However, a very direct one, without having to take the detour via the "meaning" of symptoms or illnesses. If I look up the possible meaning of, say, a headache in an organ language book, then these are suggestions as to what the symptom could mean on a deeper, usually mental or emotional level, i.e. which emotion actually needs to be healed. But then I need a further step, namely to find out "how" I can get rid of this blocking emotion or belief that is having a negative effect on organ function. The organ check symbols do not need any explanation, meaning or interpretation via the organ language. They give their healing impulses and corresponding harmonizing frequencies directly to the affected organ, without me having to know the emotional reason.

In your work with patients, you have found that certain symbols - like words, numbers or colors - act like "keys" to the soul level of the affected person or animal and have amazing healing effects. What could these be, for example, and how does this healing work?

Roswitha Stark: Symbols contain a complex language and a wide range of information that our minds cannot understand - and don't even have to. It is important that we can use symbols to reach our subconscious, which functions autonomously and is beyond our willpower. But it controls over 90 percent of our health and our actions. That means that even if I want to get healthy, the subconscious is the boss of whether I actually get healthy! Symbols have the ability to reach this level, which we otherwise have little influence on, and can directly develop their healing impulses there. 

The Organ Check cards offer a wide range of energetic impulses for the most important organs and functions of the body. How did these symbols come about and for which areas of application are they best suited?

Roswitha Stark: The symbols are created intuitively. First, I enter into meditative contact with the organ or organ system in question. The organ then "tells" me which frequencies, in the form of symbols or geometries, contain the information that is needed and can be used for healing purposes. I can see these geometries in my mind's eye, I sketch them and then do the "fine work" with the help of energetic test systems. In my 20 years of practice, this type of alternative healing with symbols has proven to be very effective.

In addition to the 96 organ check cards, the set also contains eleven cause cards and four test cards for targeted organ checks. What tasks do these fulfill to optimize organ functions?

Roswitha Stark: The eleven cause cards with their very simple symbols replace, so to speak, the search for and resolution of mental and emotional programming in the subconscious. Together with the organ card, a cause card can be transmitted as information into the organism, and the healing impulse then occurs simultaneously on the organic-physical level in the narrower sense as well as on a deeper cause level that is anchored in the subconscious. The four test cards help you to find the best cards for your concern.

Energy medicine has shown that an organ does not become ill overnight, but that 'illness' is actually just the obvious symptom that appears at the end of a long, unnoticed chain of internal and external energetic imbalances. How can the card set be used preventively here?

Roswitha Stark: The card set can also be used as a preventative measure! With the intention or question "What does my body need?" I can draw one or more cards that give me an indication of organs or organ functions that may already be seriously weak. This could lead to a manifest illness. I can prevent this by storing the organ card and the cause card in the organism, as described in the card set. It is very useful to do this regularly, for example every two months.

Even though the main power of this card set is the symbols, the colors of the cards help to provide the organism with healing impulses, like an underlying color therapy. What principles guided you in the selection and distribution here?

Roswitha Stark: As you say, color therapy is a long-established way of using colors as healing impulses, for example by irradiating the body with colored lamps. The color vibrations penetrate the body through the skin and influence the cellular level via different frequencies. In my symbol work, I have long been using colored paper on which I paint text and symbols as an energetic support. This is another way to use the healing effect of colors. For the card set, I used an energetic test system to select the assignment of colors to the various organ systems in the way the organs "wanted" them.

Both organ check cards and cause level cards provide the appropriate healing impulse in the sense of 'reprogramming'. Can you do something wrong here and what should you pay particular attention to?

Roswitha Stark: I always assume that we live in a very benevolent universe and that our "little spirits", as I affectionately call our invisible companions, don't want to lead us astray. The cards are very easy to use, just trust your intuition and pull the cards out of the deck. In my view, you can't do anything wrong here, but you can "set things right" a lot :-).
