Ich bin selbst ein Fan dieser Pflanze und ihrer Wirkung und das Büchlein hat mir hier noch einige neue Infos gebracht. Warum also nicht mal ein natürliches Mittel probieren, anstatt gleich zu Antibiotika und Co. zu greifen?

Ich bin sehr begeistert von diesem kleinen Ratgeber: Übersichtlich gegliedert und fundiert recherchiert präsentiert die Autorin die Erkenntnisse über die Wirkung der Zistrose. Und sie gibt viele praktikable Anwendungstipps für den Tee und andere Zistrosenprodukte.
Als Fan von Zistrosentee fand ich hier Bestätigung und interessante Hintergrundinformationen.
Das Buch liegt gut in der Hand, fühlt sich angenehm an und ist haltbar gebunden. So lädt es direkt zum Lesen ein. Gut geeignet als Info-Quelle.
