Love Meditation (Audio CD)

Love meditation uses various techniques from Qi Gong and prayer therapy, which have been practiced in traditional Chinese medicine for over 3,000 years. Starting with controlled breathing, love meditation is about inner concentration, in which the body, mind and soul experience a significant strengthening.

The power of supplication therapy acts on certain meridians and acupuncture points and passes certain information to deeper organs, promotes blood circulation and energy circulation in order to restore the disturbed balance between yin and yang. The supplication thoughts are formulated in a calm and receptive state. The meditator concentrates entirely on his actual wishes and innermost concerns.

Love meditation also helps us to find our origins, our center. It strengthens the power to merge with one another mentally, intellectually or spiritually, while allowing the object of love the freedom not to take it over or take possession of it - only to love it. From this center, we sense what is good and right for us personally. We become internally free by freeing ourselves from energy blockages and can once again make confident and active decisions about our lives and our relationships.
