"In each chapter, unsuitable oils and herbs are explicitly pointed out, and all contraindications are explained. I really liked that. There are also numerous recipes on all possible and even rare topics related to pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. But there are also numerous recipes for everyone - definitely suitable for interested people in all walks of life and age groups.
There are countless recipes for body sprays, room sprays, massage oils, teas, compresses, powders, baths, ointments, inhalations, fragrance lamp mixtures, creams and tinctures - really everything you can make yourself. There are also instructions for drying and preserving herbs.
The book is a wonderful compendium of knowledge for anyone who wants to do more than just "apply", who perhaps wants to mix their own recipes or who wants to expand their knowledge of natural and herbal medicine. I think it is equally suitable for professionals and end users. A successful, well-structured and condensed book about herbs, medicinal plants and aromatherapy. The only prerequisite for buying the book is curiosity and interest."
