Healing with signs and symbols
Healing with signs and symbols
The first two volumes of the bestselling series “Medicine to Paint on” are published as an updated paperback edition
The aim of the successful series of guides by Roswitha Stark and Petra Neumayer is to introduce drawing medicine and its diverse applications. Volumes 1 and 2 lay the foundation for learning and applying the method and inspire its further development.
Classics of information medicine
When alternative practitioner Roswitha Stark and medical journalist Petra Neumayer met more than ten years ago during a training course in "New Homeopathy," both were quickly taken by the almost inexhaustible possibilities of this gentle healing method. At that time, healing with signs and symbols was pretty much the most exotic thing in the field of alternative medicine. In order to spread the revolutionary ideas of this completely new medical direction to the world and at the same time reach a wider audience, the authors chose the catchy title "Medicine to Paint on" for their joint project.
The first book soon became a four-volume series of guides, which is already one of the classics of information medicine. The great success meant that the "New Homeopathy" has now become established in the long term and still inspires many people who are looking for a self-help method that is easy and inexpensive to use. While volume 1 explains the basic method with many case studies, volume 2 supplements the healing work with other healing signs and symbols and numerous areas of application in order to reach even deeper levels with the help of the most diverse symbol worlds.
From the “New Homeopathy” to Information Medicine
The original name of this holistic healing system is "New Homeopathy". It is based on the research of the Viennese electrical engineer Erich Körbler (1936 - 1994), who rediscovered old knowledge and, through his own research, ultimately bridged the gap between traditional Chinese medicine, the latest findings from quantum physics and radiesthesia. He named this healing system "New Homeopathy" because - similar to homeopathy - it is based on the principle of healing illnesses through the "gift" of the right information.
Today, information medicine is more relevant than ever. Science confirms that it is information (vibrations) that control the structure and organization of matter. Vibrations are sent out and received by every living organism. This is how our 60 trillion body cells communicate not only with each other, but also with the outside world. And at this level of communication, symbols with their information content can be used to provide the organism with healing impulses.
Since then, numerous therapists have built on this knowledge, continued research, enriched the "New Homeopathy" with their own experiences or linked it to other complementary healing systems. The basis and theoretical foundations of the various methods of energetic information medicine are always the same: whether stones, colors, microorganisms, medicines, people or geometric symbols - everything that exists has a vibration, sends out information and communicates with each other. All energetic healing methods therefore aim to bring a sick organism back into harmony with itself and its environment - for example through the use of colors, sounds, frequencies or even bar codes and symbols - and thereby get the self-healing powers going again.
From geometric symbols to the language of the soul
If you compare a sick organism to a musical instrument that is out of tune, then it can be tuned back to the right note by using the right vibration. The "New Homeopathy" is also based on this principle, in that it changes disharmonious vibrations using geometric symbols. Because every line drawn acts like an antenna and changes the existing vibration: If these biophysically effective symbols are painted on the skin, perhaps even specifically on acupuncture points, they can change vibrations in the human energy field or the energy flow of the meridians and thus trigger painless stimuli to activate the body's self-healing powers.
Despite spatial and temporal separation and the lack of contact between different peoples, many cultures used similar geometric shapes - for example, several parallel lines. The body painting of indigenous peoples and Native Americans or the tattoos on diseased areas of the famous ice man "Ötzi" served nothing other than to balance vibrations and thus to heal. "Symbols are the language of the subconscious, through which we all communicate with each other. It is therefore obvious that the various symbols can also be used for healing purposes: because our soul understands their language," the authors summarize their approach. There are no limits to the application of healing symbols - from healing work with symbols on X-rays to family constellations and the organ language of the teeth.
